Yes — basic insurance up to ZMW 500 is included in all deliveries. For higher-value items, you can declare the value at booking and purchase extended coverage up to ZMW 10,000.
Yes! Cash on delivery is available for standard and overnight shipments. The recipient pays in Zambian Kwacha upon delivery. COD is not available for same-day bookings made after 10:00 AM.
