🌐 Online: Use our website booking form to schedule a pickup at your convenience.
🚶 Walk-in: Visit any of our offices or drop-off points across Zambia to send your parcel in person.

💡 Tip

For Same-Day Lusaka delivery, book before 10:00 AM on weekdays. For Overnight Inter-City, book by 15:00 to guarantee next-day delivery.

Step 2. Prepare & Package Your Parcel

Proper packaging ensures your item arrives safely. Here's how to prepare it:

Use a sturdy box or padded envelope appropriate for the item's size and weight.
Wrap fragile items individually with bubble wrap or foam. Mark the parcel "FRAGILE."
Seal all openings with strong adhesive tape. Double-seal corners on heavier boxes.
Attach the recipient's full name, phone number, and delivery address clearly on the outside.
Remove or cover any old shipping labels to avoid misdirection.

📦 Need Help Packing?

Visit any of our offices — we offer a packaging service using boxes, bubble wrap, and tape at minimal extra cost.

Step 3. Collection & Transit

Once booked, your parcel enters our network. Here's what happens:

Our driver arrives at the agreed pickup time. Please have the parcel ready and labelled.
Your parcel is weighed and measured at collection. Final cost is confirmed at this stage.
You receive a tracking number via SMS. Use it to follow your parcel's journey.
For inter-city deliveries, parcels are transported overnight via our secure road network.
Parcels arrive at the destination office and are sorted for local delivery by our ground team.

📡 Real-Time Tracking

Track your parcel at any time using the tracking number on our website, app, or by calling our hotline. We send SMS updates at key stages.

Step 4. Delivery & Confirmation

The final mile — your parcel reaches the recipient safely.

Our driver delivers to the recipient's door or the agreed drop-off address.
A signature is required upon delivery. Electronic signature captured on our driver's device.
You receive an SMS and email confirming successful delivery with time and date stamp.
For office collection, the recipient is notified by SMS when the parcel is ready to collect.

❓ Parcel Not Delivered?

If the recipient isn't available, we attempt delivery twice before holding at the nearest office for up to 5 business days. After that, the parcel is returned to sender.
